These cookies are hard to stop eating once you’ve started. You’ve been warned!
- 1.5 c butter/shortening
- 2 c brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c molasses
- 4.5 c flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cloves
- 2 tsp ginger
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Roll into balls and roll in sugar. 375 for 10 – 12 min.
Avoid over baking!
