My sister Janeen & her husband Jerome Lung introduced this delicsious salad dressing recipe. It was a part of his family’s recipes taught to him by his mother, Beatrice, wife of Jean Charles.
- Avocado oil
- Kuhne – Salata vinegar – this is a mild German vinegar available online
- Dijon mustard
- Yellow mustard
- Salt & pepper
Directions
- 3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar for traditional vineagrette, 2 to 1 for tart
